Make sure your story has a great beginning, a riveting middle, and an end that makes the interviewer root for you to win the job.
“I am a recent graduate from XYZ University with a degree in Computer Science. During my time at university, I completed several internships where I gained experience in software development and project management. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to this role.”
Why are you the best person for the job?:
The hiring manager wants to know whether you have all the required qualifications. Be prepared to explain why you’re the applicant who should be hired. Make your response a confident, concise, focused sales pitch that explains what you have to offer and why you should get the job.
“I believe that my combination of technical skills, experience, and passion for this field make me an excellent candidate for this role. I have a strong understanding of the technologies and tools used in this position, as well as experience working on similar projects. Why do you want this job?:
This interview question gives you an opportunity to show the interviewer what you know about the job and the company, so take time beforehand to thoroughly research the company, its products, services, culture, and mission. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?:
Share an instance when you remained calm despite the turmoil. If it’s a skill you’re developing, acknowledge it and include the steps you’re taking to respond better to pressure in the future.
